I am the proud father of twin six year olds. When I am not busy trying to keep up with them I am doing my best to support the city of Rossland reach their sustainability goals as the Chair of the Rossland Sustainability Commission. As we all make efforts to decarbonize our lives we are becoming less reliant on personal vehicles.
However, inevitably, whether it’s to visit a friend down the valley or pick up some supplies from the hardware store, the time comes when we still need a set of wheels. The Kootenay Carshare fills this occasional yet critical need, helping us to save money and reduce our footprint.
