I’m excited to introduce myself as a long-time supporter of the Kootenay Carshare Cooperative (KCC), a commitment my family has upheld on and off for many years in both Nelson and Revelstoke. Recently, we took a significant step to reaffirm our dedication by selling a vehicle and investing in an all-season electric assist bike, which aligns with our values of sustainability and community engagement.
In addition to this transition, I’m excited to hold the role of Revelstoke Branch Coordinator and carshare host. This position allows me to actively engage with our local community and promote the benefits of carsharing. I like collaborating with KCC members, fostering a supportive environment for both existing users and those who are new to the program. Together, we can raise awareness about the many advantages of carsharing and make a positive impact in Revelstoke.
